Fire Protection
Depending on the size, location and use of the mezzanine floors within a building, the application of a 1 hour fire rating may be applied to the underside of the mezzanine floors during construction anywhere in the UK.
This is achieved by using a 1 hour fire rated suspended ceiling hanging from the underside of the floor, 1 hour fire rated column cases and 1 hour fire rated fascia to all exposed edges of the mezzanine flooring system.
Bradfields will always consult with the Building Regulations inspector and Fire Authority to ensure that our mezzanine flooring systems are fully compliant.
