Manufacture
Our cantilever racking and mezzanine floor manufacturing is carried out ”in–house” and with the additional investment in the latest computer aided production machinery, we have ensured a quality controlled product at very competitive prices produced on short lead times.
All our mezzanine flooring and storage equipment is manufactured and installed in compliance with British standards, codes of practice and to satisfy all current legislation.
Building Regulations
We′ll take away all the “red tape” concerning building regulation compliance. Our working association, with approved inspectors, ensures that our project applications for building regulation approval are speedily processed, allowing our mezzanine floor installations to proceed quickly and cost effectively.
Fire Protection
Depending on the size, location and use of the mezzanine floor within a building, the application of a 1 hour fire rating may be applied to the underside of the mezzanine floor during construction.
This is achieved by using a 1 hour fire rated suspended ceiling hanging from the underside of the floor, 1 hour fire rated column cases and 1 hour fire rated fascia to all exposed edges of the mezzanine floor system.
Bradfields will always consult with the Building Regulations inspector and Fire Authority to ensure that our mezzanine flooring systems are fully compliant.
